A: The total project costs include the incorporation of a number of energy reducing and sustainable strategies to comply with the CT High Performance Building Standard.  The details of which will require full examination during the design phase but often include increased energy performance %(above existing code), daylighting, low VOC materials, reduction of water consumption, use of recycled content materials, sustainable site development and LID (low impact design) site design.
